The Club and its operator
DentaApp Club is operated by DentaApp, a business name (DBA) of AGM (American Global Marketing). These terms describe the conditions for using its community features. By using the Club, you agree to follow these terms and the published Club privacy notice. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Your account
Provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to the Club. Do not impersonate another person or imply a professional credential, employer or institutional relationship that you do not hold.
Community use and content
You remain responsible for what you post or send and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Keep discussions respectful and relevant. Do not use the Club for harassment, unlawful discrimination, fraud, malware, spam, unauthorized data collection or interference with other accounts or the service.
Do not upload identifiable patient information, clinical records, insurance identifiers, confidential student information, passwords or full payment-card details. Public discussion and community messaging are not an approved clinical or institutional records workflow.
You retain ownership of your content. You permit the operator to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the community features and audience settings you choose. Other users may receive or retain content you share with them. Do not post material you are not entitled to share.
Information and demonstrations
Community material is informational and does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional or create a provider-patient relationship with the Club. Confirm care, fees, credentials and eligibility directly with the relevant provider or institution. A listing, discussion, link or demonstration does not by itself establish verification, accreditation or a partnership. Clearly labeled demo profiles and appointments are fictional and do not reserve care.
Moderation and availability
The operator may review reported misuse, moderate content or restrict accounts to protect the community and enforce these terms. Contact the Club if you believe a moderation action is mistaken. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons; uninterrupted availability is not promised. These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the Club and request account closure at [email protected]. Handling of retained records and removal requests is described in the privacy notice. The operator may update these terms and identify the updated date on the published page. Contact the Club about questions or concerns.
