Who operates the Club
DentaApp Club is operated by DentaApp, a business name (DBA) of AGM (American Global Marketing). For questions or requests about the Club and your information, contact [email protected].
Information used by the Club
The Club uses account details such as your email address and the profile information you provide; community posts, comments, messages and uploaded content you choose to submit; and technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service, including connection, sign-in and request records. Information sent in a support or privacy request is used to review and respond to that request.
Visibility and community content
Profiles and content in public areas can be viewed, copied or shared by other visitors and may appear in search engines. Visibility depends on the area and settings you use. Review the intended audience before posting. An account password or a private group setting is not permission to upload patient records or other confidential information.
Do not submit identifiable patient information, medical records, insurance identifiers, payment-card details, passwords or confidential student records to Club profiles, discussions, messages or ordinary support requests. The Club is a community service, not an approved channel for clinical or institutional records.
Purpose and access
Information supports account access, community features, content display, responses to requests, moderation, abuse prevention and service operation. Authorized administrators and service providers may process information for these purposes. The relevant audience can see content you publish or send to it. A public profile is not a guarantee that a person’s identity, professional credential or institutional affiliation has been verified.
Cookies and external services
Sign-in, session and request-protection cookies support authentication and forms. Browser settings may let you remove or block cookies, which can affect account features. Hosting, network protection and enabled anti-spam services process information required for their functions. External links, embeds and other enabled integrations may contact their respective providers when used.
Automatic Cloudflare Web Analytics injection for DentaApp has been disabled. This does not disable hosting, security or ordinary technical records, and does not mean that every external link or embed has been removed.
Retention and requests
Leaving the website does not delete stored accounts or content. No single automatic deletion period is currently published for all Club records. Retention or removal requires review of the information, its purpose, security needs and applicable obligations. Copies already received by other community members, public search engines or external websites may remain outside the Club’s control.
Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, account closure, deletion or the handling of your information. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Describe your request without attaching patient records, passwords or other sensitive documents.
Changes
This notice may be updated as Club features or information handling change. The published version will identify its update date. Questions about a change can be sent to the Club contact above.
